Information we collect
When you request a property report, advisory call, inspection, loan assistance, or another service, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, project or locality, budget range, requirement, and documents you choose to upload. We also collect limited technical and usage information needed for security, reliability, analytics, and service improvement.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, prepare buyer-side research, coordinate selected services, improve search and document workflows, prevent misuse, maintain service records, and understand which locations or services buyers need. Automated extraction may assist our team, but important property conclusions require review.
Sharing and service partners
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers who operate our infrastructure or with a partner required to fulfil a service you requested, such as an inspection professional. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users and the platform.
Documents and public records
Property documents you upload are used for the requested analysis and associated service record. Public RERA, government rate, map, and market references remain subject to their original authority and availability. Please do not upload unrelated confidential information.
Retention, security, and deletion
We retain information only for legitimate service, audit, security, and legal requirements. We use access controls and secured production infrastructure, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Children and policy updates
Ghar Insight services are intended for adults making or supporting property decisions and are not directed to children. We may update this policy as the platform changes. The latest version will remain available on this page.
